Look at the Microsoft Corporation 2021 proxy statement (for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021) and the Alphabet Inc. (Google's parent) 2022 proxy statement. Note the differences in styles. For example: Microsoft uses some pictures, with text and graphics in black, white and blue. Alphabet's proxy is in black, white and blue and does not use pictures. Microsoft uses formal titles to refer to directors and officers (Mr. Gates, Mr. Nadella, etc.). Alphabet uses first names (Larry, Sergey, etc.). Alphabet includes a 2021 Business Highlights section that summarizes information in the proxy statement near the beginning of the document. You should also note the many similarities in style.
