For one, describe at least two of your current strengths for this topic, while for the other outline at least two of your current opportunities for growth in this area. Why are these topics important to you and your career development? Have they impacted your career $($positively or negatively$)$ to date? If so$,$ how?

How would you like to improve in these two areas in the short term and long term? What is your action plan for doing so$?$ Note: Your goals for your action plan must be SMART $-$ Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic and Timely. Go back to your original submission for Part $1$ and reflect on the strengths, opportunities, goals and action plan you identified. Please answer the following questions:

How have your identified strengths and opportunities for growth changed from the beginning of this course to now? And how have these various factors impacted your career outlook, if at all?

How has your understanding of the various aspects of business changed as a result of your participation in this course? Has this new understanding influenced your goals and career objectives? Explain your answer.
