Look at the Session topics addressed in this course. Select two of them and consider them for answering the following questions. This is nota research paper; it is a reflective analysis. 1. Identify your two topics of interest. For one, describe at least two of your current strengths for this topic, while for the other, outline at least two of your current opportunities for growth in this area. Why are these topics relevant to you and your career development? Have they impacted your career {positively or negatively} to date? If so, how? 2. How would you like to improve in these two areas in the short term and long term? What is your action plan for doing so?
