Look for two scholarly peer$-$reviewed journal articles and one business article regarding Generation Z and Millenia demographic. You want to know everything about them so Kibby and Strand can design products and services that appeal to them.

Consider yourself a Product Manager of Kibby and Strand, who is developing a plan of how you are going to increase the demand of products and services to this demographic. The Product Manager is writing to the Chief Operating Officer, providing information about the plan.

The goal is for you to identify who is included the demographic, type of products$/$services desired, marketing and distribution channels, and how you$$ll ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

As you write the paper, at the very minimum, remember to include the following.

$1.$ Who is included in the demographic and what drives them.

$2.$ Methods used to forecast their demand.

$3.$ Identifying products$/$services needed by the demographic.

$4.$ Determine if Kibby and Strand will create a new product or redesign an existing one.

$5.$ Describe the process of designing and developing the desired product and$/$or service $$ considering assets owned by Kibby and Strand.

$6.$ Determining marketing and distribution channels to use to reach this demographic.

$7.$ Getting and respond to customer feedback.

$8.$ How you will know if you are successful. What metrics will you use$/$monitor$.$

Research the demographic extensively using the three methods mentioned above. If you make assumptions, remember to clarify them.

Write a paper of no less than four pages including the Reference and Title page $($Title page, Reference page and $2$ pages of Content$)$ Remember to have an introduction, body and conclusion sections in your paper.

The paper should be in a Word format and should be prepared consistent with the APA writing style and reflect higher$-$level cognitive processing $($analysis$,$ synthesis, and or evaluation$).$
