Looking for some help to answer this question; I only have a little experience in project management during my time in the navy. As part of the construction team, a little knowledge of project management was required to work on projects. This class will teach me much more about project management, especially how to use project management software, initiate projects, Planning, Risk management, communication, project execution, monitor, and completion. I do not have examples of recent projects; however, my recent trip can also be a personal project. Have I begun by looking for plane tickets and accommodation within the budget and setting money aside for food and other needs?
