In cell B$3,$ type the product ID $602\mathrm{.}2$XB

In cell B$4,$ use an XLOOKUP function to automatically show the product's description from the $2$nd colu table that is in A$3$:A$55$ below.

In cell B$5,$ use an XLOOKUP function to automatically show the contact person from the $5$th column of E$8$:E$55$ below.

Savayour changes and make sure the XLOOKUPs work by entering some different product IDs in B$3$ that the correct descriptions and contact people appear.
