I am sure that readers would be aghast to find out that a national protest took place in our nation's capital on Friday, and The Inquirer, for whatever reason, ignored the event as though it never happened.
But it did happen. Hundreds of thousands of people descended on our nation's capital Friday, calling on Cong to pass legislation to overturn Roe v Wade, the ruling that legalized abortion.
Could it be that The Inquirer no longer considers the yearly event news? Then let's ignore the yearly Susan G Komen Race for the Cure that raises money to fight breast cancer. Could it be that you see events by other group more newsworthy? You owe it to your readers to print the news, and let them decide what's newsworthy.
