LP 5-4 Self Evaluation

Write a 1 -2 page self evaluation on yourself as a project manager.

Projects are not complete until the self evaluation is complete. This work is important as notes for future projects. Be sure to include some harsh self evaluating. Include items such as:

1. What did I do well?
2. What areas do I need to improve upon?
3. What skills do I need to improve to be a better Project Manager?
4. What items could I better anticipate next time I run a project like this?
5. How can our team work better together?

These items are not a complete list as I believe your self evaluation should be based upon you and your project. These questions are just to get you started. I am sure you learned a lot in this class and are much more knowledgeable about the world of project management. I encourage you to take more classes in this area as it is a growing and robust field in business today.
