Projects are not complete until the self-evaluation is complete. This work is important as notes for future projects. Be sure to include some harsh self-evaluation. Include items such as:

1. What did I do well?
2. What areas do I need to improve upon?
3. What skills do I need to improve to be a better Project Manager?
4. What items could I better anticipate next time I run a project like this?
5. How can our team work better together?

These items are not a complete list as I believe your self evaluation should be based upon you and your project. These questions are just to get you started. I am sure you learned a lot in this class and are much more knowledgeable about the world of project management. I encourage you to take more classes in this area as it is a growing and robust field in business today.
