Based on the previous assumptions, create a scope management plan

The scope management plan will define the scope of the project, the process for managing changes to the scope, and the process for controlling the scope.

The scope of the project will be defined by the WBS. Changes to the scope will be managed through a formal change control process. The change control process will require all changes to the scope to be approved by the project manager.

The scope will be controlled by tracking the work that is being done and comparing it to the WBS. Any deviations from the WBS will be investigated and corrective action will be taken as needed.

Based on the previous assumptions, create an integration management plan

The integration management plan will define the process for integrating the different components of the project.

The integration management plan will include the following:

A process for coordinating the work of the different teams.

A process for resolving conflicts.

A process for managing changes to the project.

The integration management plan will be developed in collaboration with the project team and will be updated as needed throughout the project.

The strategic management plan will define the overall goals of the project and the strategies for achieving those goals.
