sold each of the next six months is listed in Table $1$ below. Each sedan sells for $$28,000,$ and

each SUV sells for $$39,000.$ It costs $$25,000$ to produce a sedan and $$31,500$ to produce an SUV.

To hold a vehicle in inventory for one month costs $$350$ per sedan and $$500$ per SUV.

Backorders are not allowed. During each month, at most $1,500$ vehicles can be produced. Please

formulate a balanced transportation problem to maximize the company's profit for the next six

months. Please use GAMS to find the optimal solution and optimal value.
