Make sure you identify at least two internal stakeholders and two external stakeholders when documenting stakeholder needs. At least one diversity and one competing demand should exist amongst the internal stakeholders. Examples of diversity may include: a deaf stakeholder a visually impaired stakeholder a stakeholder who works flexible hours from home to enable her to care for her children. Examples of competing communication demands may include: one stakeholder requires formal face-to-face meetings and another stakeholder prefers quick informal telephone discussions. one stakeholder requires real-time information and another stakeholder only has time to provide program updates once a week.
