Many times when you are creating a presentation, it is not an individual effort. You are working with others to

put together a presentation. For this presentation, you must collaborate with someone else, specifically

create a presentation for that someone else. You may contact a non$-$profit organization, a PPSC student

organization, or your favorite charity $($or even where you work$).$ Ask if they have a need for a PowerPoint

presentation. Here are some questions to ask:

$1.$ Are they interested in a PowerPoint presentation developed specifically for them?

$2.$ What type of content should be included and how much detail?

$3.$ What is an appropriate length for the presentation?

$4.$ Is there a certain format that should be followed and in which version of PowerPoint?

$5.$ Who is the expected audience and how will the slides be presented? To a live audience? Over the web?

Coordinate a timeframe with the organization for the development and electronic delivery of these slides. For

the purposes of this class, plan a $6-7$ minute presentation on this organization$/$charity using $10-15$ slides. You

will submit $4$ files $$ the actual PowerPoint, a PDF version of the outline, a PDF version of the slides as handouts

and a file with your contact$($s$)$ information $($including when you spoke and$/$or met with them$).$
