Since the Coronavirus pandemic food banks are struggling to meet the growing demand for their services as volunteers are slow to return and donations become scarce. The food bank would like your help in the Improve Phase of a project to increase food and monetary donations. You want to recommend the best solution/method to increase the donations after evaluating all the available options against the most important criteria. Use the activities below to help your organization make the best decision possible.
