Use the OMOP Vocabulary Browser to search for the corresponding standard concepts for each medical term provided

Search for a concept by typing in the search box and selecting the appropriate vocabulary

Once you find a concept, click on its name to display its details, including its standard concept ID, name, and code

Record the mapping results in the table provided, including the OMOP standard concept ID, the concept name, and the concept code.
