Mathematically speaking, we can say that integer $y$ is a root of $x$ when it's possible to take some integer root of $x$ to get $y.$ For example, $3$ is a root of $27$ because we can take the cube root of $27,\sqrt[3]{27},$ to get $3.$

We want to define a new predicate called IsRoot $(y,x)$ which tells us that that $y$ is a root of $x.$

Note: IsRoot $(x,x)$ will be true because of the degenerate operation $x=\sqrt[1]{x}.$
