Create a script file that will do the following.

Prompt the user to enter the coefficient of a quadratic function $f(x)=a{x}^2+bx+c$ as a vector $([$a $[$:$bc\}),$ and a value of $x$

The file should plot the function with a figure that has the title $f(x)=a{x}^2+bx+c$ and the graph of the tangent line at the value of $x$ with red color, and the $x-$intercept points with a blue color, and the vertex point with green color.

The file should also display the extreme value of the function and whether it is a maximum or a minimum value
