MATLAB Tic Tac Toe program that is interactive. 4 functions should be used together. User can be allowed to choose to start a game, look at games statistics and exit a program. When it is exited , the program has do save the game to external file then end the program. When games statistic is chosen, it must display figure which will show user vs computer wins over all played games. When new game is started the promo gram makes random choice on who goes first. If computer is first then it will select location to place marker every second to until all locations are taken up or one player has won. The program will run until the user tells it to end.
