Write a function A = myMatrix(myvec, m, n) which creates an m-by-n matrix A, for arbitrary values of m and n and any length of vector myvec.

Hint: the function can use the built-in Matlab functions length, mod, and reshape, as well as either a repmat function or a loop.

myvec is a vector i already have consisting of 9 integers
