Medical information systems are an example of a complex data system. Using AI and Google gather some information about these types of medical systems and then with start or contribute to a discussion about the data elements in these systems.

The patient part of these systems includes information on the following $($not a complete list$)$;

Demographics such as Gender, Ethnicity, Age

Primary care provider information

Date and other information about each encounter

Laboratory and test results

Medications, dosages, usage information

Looking at just the patient information as an example, discuss how some of these could be modeled. What entities should exist? What type of relationships are there between entities? Give examples of "Has$-$A$"$ and $"$Is$-$A$"$ relationships? Are these one to one, one to many, many to many? You should leave at least $2$ postings either introducing a possible relationship design OR responding to a post and commenting on the design.
