$($a$)$ Draw a stress element at that point and indicate the given stresses on the element.

$($b$)$ Draw Mohr's circle and find ${}_1,{}_2,{}_{\text{m}\text{a}\text{x}}.$

$($c$)$ Determine the stresses at that point on a stress element making $=45$ from $x-$axis. Indicate new axes as $x_1,y_1.$
