Construct a VI that calculates Body Mass Index $($BMI$)$ using the following formula:

BMI$=\frac{703**W}{H^2}$

I. The sub VI will have $2$ numeric inputs, a weight $(W)$ in pounds and height $(H)$ in inches. $A$

numeric indicator should display the calculated BMI. Use formula nodes.

II$.$ Classify the body weight according to the table and output a string contain the BMI

classification information $($underweight$/$ overweight, etc.$).$ There should be a "warning"

for Boolean output that is TRUE for any unhealthy input $($underweight$,$ overweight, obese$)$
