Determine how an LP optimization and/or sensitivity model could improve a management objective based on one of the following options:

Option 2: Any formal organization that you were a member of --non-profit or for-profit entities, in which you had significant visibility. The management area that is the focus of the model -- what is the management performance metric?

1. The data required for the model. (Describe the data set and how you would obtain it.)
2. Possible constraints associated with the organization which determines the model's feasible region. State why you believe the selected resources are constraints.
3. The functional areas that the model would most likely impact. (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Service Development, Customer Support, etc.)
4. Hypothesize on the potential challenges in implementing the solution.
