As a part of the Toronto Caribana Sun Festival case study, you have been assigned the task of developing a plan that outlines the project schedule and risks involved. You can use MS Project and MS Excel for your planning activities, but the files are not meant to be submitted. The main objective is to improve customer awareness about the possible challenges $($scheduling and risks$)$ that may arise during the project planning and to ensure that the project objectives are met. Your plan should include three scenarios and be based on the project WBS $($which was presented in Case $1).$ You should explain your schedule and risk plan for each scenario. Your report should be structured as follows:

$1.$ Scheduling and Risk Plan $-$ Executive Summary

$$ Open directly with the major findings of the basic plan and its alternatives. Explain your motivation for developing alternative plans for the project.

$$ Describe concisely the basic plan and each alternative you evaluate in the report. Explain the assumptions made and expected impacts on project deliverables for each plan. At this point, the reader should have a "high$-$level" idea about the basic plan characteristics and its alternatives.

$2.$ Schedule Plan and Risk Plan $($Basic plan$)$

$$ Please provide a list of the main milestones for your project. However, please limit the list to a maximum of $10$ milestones. For each milestone, please describe the work that needs to be done, the resources that are required for the work, and any constraints that may be present. It is recommended that you use a table format to explain each milestone, restrictions, and additional comments.
