All answers must be original, and all information sources consulted must be cited. You must include all academic and non-academic sources. You must identify the following question numbers with the respective answers in the report. 1. Present an executive summary present an overview of the schedule plan. You should explain the assumptions made and essential aspects to estimate and sequence the main activities to deliver project outcomes. At this point, the reader should have a high-level idea about the scheduling plan characteristics and its consequences. It is suggested that this is the last part of the assignment to be written because it summarizes the scheduling plan developed (between 200-300 words, value 10%). 2. Copy and paste the WBS submitted to the course Project Scope and Quality Management. Provide a brief explanation of the project scope (between 200-300 words). Ensure the diagram is readable (it must be the same WBS presented for the Scope and Quality course, value 10%). 3. Reflect on the project understanding so far, and analyze two main requirements and two main constraints presented by the project stakeholders that should affect the scheduling plan (elaborated by all group members conjointly, value 10%). 4. Present in a table format the List of activities to accomplish project objectives. It would help if you grouped the WBS Dictionary (Work Packages) to have a maximum of 18 activities in this List. It would be best if you displayed only the activities that will appear in the project AON (value 20%) here. a. For each activity, estimate the duration using the 3-point estimating technique. b. Identify activities predecessors. c. Prepare the activity list in table format with the following columns: WBS ID, activity ID, descriptive title to represent the group of activities, the 3-point estimate values, and predecessors. i. Note: If the number of work packages is higher than 15 nodes in the AON, you can consolidate two or more work packages and represent just one node. For instance, if you find a group of work packages related to each other in a direct sequence, you can add the durations up and represent them as one node in the AON. This could reduce the number of nodes and make manual computation and network drawing easy. Try to keep the AON number of nodes around 15. 5. Draw the project AON manually. You can use a whiteboard, draw the AON during a group meeting, take a picture(s), and insert the AON picture in the CC report. You can use paper, whiteboard, etc., and a scanner or manually take pictures of the network developed. It would help if you displayed the earliest times, latest times, slacks, critical path, and total project duration. Just manual drawing AON will be eligible for marks (value 30%). 6. Draw the GANTT Chart and prepare a short analysis by answering: (6.1) Does the scheduled plan meet project requirements?
