For your final paper, please do the following:

Choose a chronic $($ongoing$)$ problem in your workplace. It might pertain to a department, team, or the entire organization $($i$.$e$.,$ turnover, low morale, customer retention problems, increasing rates of stress, anxiety, mental health issues, etc.$).$ These are the symptoms you see.

Based on all the readings, theories, and concepts learned in the course, identify the underlying causes $($related to leadership topics$)$ or factors contributing to the problem. For example, you might identify a problem as low employee engagement and increasing turnover. Some of the factors might include:

A culture of fear driven by authoritarian senior leaders that leads to silence; employees don$$t share perspectives with leaders

Unclear vision, goals, and strategic direction

The CEO has an inward mindset $($i$.$e$.,$ self$-$absorbed$)$; sees employees as objects that are replaceable. Senior leaders are very difficult to access for conversations or feedback$/$input$.$

Supervisors are burned out, unmotivated, and just tell employees what to do $($without involving them in decisions$).$

Using the theories and concepts $($i$.$e$.,$ motivation, ethics$/$courage$,$ communication, etc.$)$ learned in the course, act as a consultant to your senior leaders and write a $4$ to $6-$page list of recommendations to address the factors $($Q$2)$ contributing to the problem $($Q$1).$ You must include in$-$text citations and refer to content from the text. In addition to the text, you must include $3$ scholarly articles that support your recommendations.

APA $7$th style is required. Include in$-$text citations, proper headings $($levels$),$ double$-$space throughout, and check for grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Include a $$References$$ page $($not Work Cited or Sources$).$
