MGMT 9710 Self Assessments & Reflections (10%) Throughout the term, you will be encouraged to reflect on your own personal experiences related to the Organizational Behaviour (OB) topics covered in class. You will have the opportunity to experience a number of assessments related to Organizational Behaviour topics (eg. Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Team Effectiveness, Job Characteristics, Conflict Styles, Culture, Leadership, etc.) For the active learning and reflections paper you will select 5 assessments conducted throughout the course and further reflect on them. Discuss what you learned about yourself, your strengths, areas for growth, the impact the experience/insights had on you, how it compares/compared to what you learned about the topic, and how you might incorporate learnings into your future role(s). The reflection paper, consisting of your insights surrounding 5 assessments, should be 6-8 pages in length, double spaced, Times New Roman 12 point font, and submitted on Blackboard by 11:59pm on Dec 12th, 2021. The objective is to participate in the self-assessment activities and reflect on your own experiences in the OB topics. In your reflections, please address the following: What are the key learnings from the self-assessments? How does what you learned relate to what you already knew about yourself? a What are your strengths and areas for development? Any surprises?
