Group Assignment $1$: Develop a Business Case and a Project Proposal $(15$ points$)$

Scenario:

A third party company produces a SWOT analysis report for your organization, which identified several

opportunities and threats. The CEO has asked each business line within your organization to create

several business cases and develop several project proposals to implement the change needed to

address the items listed in the report. The PMO has been developing the capability of expertise in

developing quality business cases and project proposals. Therefore, the PMO director asked your PMs

group to create a lightweight draft of a business case and one project proposal.

Requirement:

Part $1$: Business Case Document $(7\mathrm{.}5\%$ of the assignment grade$)$

Your team is expected to read the SWOT analysis report and pick one opportunity or one threat to

address. Your team is expected to develop a business case document that consists of these sections.

$$ Identify at least three options that can implement the identified needs.

$$ Recommend one of these options and justify your selection

This light business Case document must be at least $1000$ words document.

For the select recommendation, you are expected to develop a project proposal using the project
