Apply concepts and examples from the text and lecture to create a Lean Six Sigma Deployment plan that includes two components: the timeline for Year 1 and the Multi-generational plan for years 1, 3, and 5.

Please use 3rd person, present tense, 1.15 spacing, Calibri or Arial font. Use a report format as though presenting the deployment plan to a client for consideration. For example,

Year 1 Timeline

For the Year 1 timeline (similar to the example in the textbook), include at a minimum key decisions & actions pertaining to:

1-3-5 Year Multi-Generational Plan (MGP)

For the Multi-generational plan, include three elements for each of the five sections below. If an element is 'retired' in years 1 or 3, select a replacement element to keep the deployment evolving.
