Alot of the medical professional at my organization fund a lot of money and resources to be able to keep our doors open. As a Medical intake specialist my job is to make sure patients are referred to the right doctors to receive the correct care.Important stakeholders here at my current job are vital to the company because they influence results, drive innovation, and shape plans. They offer monetary assistance for initiatives, operations, and growth. Over the years of working with stakeholders and medical professionals I've learned that everyone is valuable here. Everyone offers a lot of resources and recommendations that can be beneficial. My goal has always been to engage and learn from others.One strategy that I've learned to be most effective when interacting with stakeholders is to keep them informed on project process and changes. Staying up to date on goals that makes the biggest impact is very beneficial.
