Headquarter's staff is renovating the facility and wants to better understand the new resources required to improve the customer experience. Atlanta operates one MRI scanner, two X$-$Ray systems and two CT Scanners. At a cost of $$2\mathrm{.}7$ million, MARS will not be able to afford additional MRI machines. The facility is open $5$ days a week, $52$ weeks a year. It processes patients continuously between $8$am$6$pm$.$ All patients arrive at the Reception desk where they are greeted and registered by two clerks. After registration, patients proceed to the common waiting room and wait to be called for the imaging or scanning service they have registered for. On an average day each clerk registers $75$ patients. About half of those patients arrive at MARS for X$-$Ray imagining and the other half are evenly distributed between MRI and CT scans. A typical CT scanner can process a patient every $24$ minutes. Whereas it takes on average $15$ minutes to process an MRI patient; X $-$ Ray imaging can process $6$ customers per hour.
