ABC Health Solutions, a mid$-$size health technology company, has developed a cutting$-$edge electronic health monitoring device designed to empower individuals in managing and monitoring their health proactively. The device is equipped to monitor five prevalent health conditions: asthma, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis. ABC Health Solutions is committed to a customer$-$centered strategy, aiming to enhance user experience and cater to the specific needs of individuals with diverse health conditions.

Project Idea Background

The project intends to successfully introduce and implement the newly developed electronic health monitoring device to the market. The project emphasizes a customer$-$centered strategy to ensure that the device not only meets the technical requirements for health monitoring but also aligns with the preferences and needs of the users.

Part $1$: Project Scope Planning

Grading Criteria: Your assignment will be graded based on the following criteria:
