Minimizing Unethical Behaviour

This assignment requires you to develop a social responsibility program for a fictional company. Your plan needs to include three(3) distinct phases or steps and a strategy for implementing them. Your goal is to minimize unethical behaviour at an organizational level. In addition, you need to educate your team on the four "stances" of social responsibility to plan for the future.

For this scenario, imagine that you have been hired by a new start-up company. Your responsibility is to create a culture of "fairness" for employees and customers as well as minimizing unethical behavior. As a hint, most companies follow a three-step process in the following order:

1. Identify Core Principles and Values (this flows from the organizational "stance")
2. Create Organizational Objectives (the goals you want to stive for)
3. Implement Strategies and Practices to acheive their objectives
