For this assignment, you will be using a planner or calendar app such as Google Calendar, Calendar by Apple, or Outlook Calendar to create a weekly plan for yourself based on your current student schedule. This exercise will help you develop the critical time management skills that are necessary for success not only in school but also in your future career.

To complete this assignment, follow the steps below:

Please note you must be present in class to complete this activity. Your instructor will be on hand to assist and ensure your work is correct. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the class and the end.

Step $1$: Choose an upcoming week of this current semester and open your chosen calendar app or program. Plan every hour from $7$ a$.$m$.$ to $11$ p$.$m$.$ and block off time for activities such as class, homework, meals, exercise, sleep, and any other activities that you typically do during your day. It's important to ensure that all areas of the calendar are filled in to give you a comprehensive overview of your week.

Step $2$: Once you have blocked off all your activities, color$-$code tasks according to their priority. This will help you visually identify which tasks are most important and need your immediate attention. Also, consider repeating activities that you do regularly, and block out your time for those activities. Additionally, plan for peak hours when you are most productive and assign tasks that require more focus during those hours. To make sure your professor understands your color coding, include a color$-$coding key in your plan.
