Part I:

1. Create a Home Page. This page will be the starting point for your website. Add a little information about

yourself and include a picture.

2. Add a horizontal rule at the bottom of the page.

3. Add a link to the page you will create in Part II under the horizontal rule.

4. Create an external stylesheet to have a background and font color of your choice and set the font type to Arial,

Helvetica, and Sans-Serif.

5. Link the home page to the stylesheet.

6. Save the file as index.html

Part II (exercise 10.10 pg. 356):

1. Create an HTML file and external JavaScript file.

2. Link to the external stylesheet created in part 1.

3. Create a heading 1 title for the page.

4. Add to the external JavaScript file a one-dimensional array to solve the following problem: A company pays its

sales force on a commission basis. The salespeople receive $200 per week plus nine percent of their gross sales

for that week. For example, an individual who grosses $5000 in sales a week receives $200 plus nine percent of

$5000 for a total of $650. Write a script using an array of counters that obtains the gross sales of each

employee through an HTML5 form (on the HTML page) and determines how many of the salespeople earned

salaries in each of the following ranges (assume that each salesperson's salary is truncated to integer amounts):

$200-299

$300-399

$400-499

$500-599

$600-$699

$700-$799

$800-899

$900-999

$1000 and over

The finished product should look similar to the image below after adding 11 different gross sales amounts. Be sure to add 5000 to see that it adds one to the $600-$699 range
