Donating blood is safe and simple.

It starts when a donor arrives at the Blood Donation Center and submits registration form. The employee registers the donor and archive the registration information in donors file. Then, a pre-donation screening is conducted. The pre-donation screening consists of several stages.

Once the pre-donation screening is finished, the employee draws blood from the donor. After

that, the donor is monitored. After 10 minutes, the donor is discharged. Then, the process ends

when a donation summary is emailed to the donor.

Analyze the business process scenario above and answer the following questions.

1. Draw the BPMN model of the Blood Donation process (10 marks)

2. Expand the pre-donation screening task using the following description (5 marks)

Once the registration form is archived, the employee will conduct a health questionnaire.

If the donor is fit, he/she will proceed1 to vital signs check.

If not fit, the donor is deferred, and the process is stopped.

After the vital signs check, blood iron level check is conducted. Blood iron level check is the end of the pre-donation screening.
