Modify the command you used to create the column chart of the number of flights by carrier to include axis

labels and a title. The y axis label should be $"$No$.$ Flights", the x axis label should be "Carrier", and the chart title

should be $"$No$.$ Flights by Carrier, $11/19".$ In R the order doesn't matter, but here specify the y axis label first,

then the $x$ axis label, then the chart title. Be sure to enter each of these strings exactly as they appear here.
