See the RISC$-$V assembly language summary sheets $($on Canvas, inside cover of textbook$)$ for the definitions of the instructions. Mark$-$up a copy of the multicycle RISC$-$V processor diagram to indicate changes to the data path. Using colored lines to indicate changes is a good way to do this. Name any new control signals. Similarly, mark$-$up the controller Finite State Machine $($FSM$)$ diagram. Instead of marking$-$up the diagrams you can draw the new or modified components to the datapath and$/$or FSM as long as you clearly show how they fit into the main diagram$($s$).$ Describe any other changes $($if any$)$ that are required. Diagrams are at the end of this document.
