Your organization has 20 full time employees and you want to ensure the policies cover all employment laws (they are listed out for you) that are required, ensures training of management and employees, and that the organization has protocols in place for grievances. Keep in mind, the laws you spoke about in Case Study 2 may or may not affect your organization - hint hint! Look at the size of the organization.
Using the course resources locate the laws that apply to your organization and provide the following information:
(1) List the laws that will be included in the employee handbook based on the size of your organization and provide a BRIEF explanation of each. Bullet points are acceptable.
(2) Provide a detailed plan on how you will accomplish creating the handbook (ensuring the laws are covered) specifically how you will recruit, select, compensate, train, and develop the employees based on these laws, and provide protocols for grievances, etc. I don't want you to write a handbook, but explain what will go in the handbook and how you will incorporate these laws into your labor practices.
