Perception is the way you understand the world/reality.

Culture is the environment surrounding both perception and self concept.

Communication enables each of these to happen and vice versa; it's all interrelated.

QUESTION 1 (1 point): Perception, self concept, culture, and communication are all interrelated and dependent on one another. Which of these four concepts, in your opinion, is the foundation of the other three and why? In other words, which one is most important and why? (30-60 words)

QUESTION 2 (2 points): Take a look around wherever you are right now. Describe at least five details about the current environment that would help an outside observer to gather info about that particular place. How might an outsider perceive this environment based on these details? How does your culture impact your environment? How might your environment be a reflection of your self concept?
