This assignment is an extension of "Module $3$: Using a clock"

You need to create a $2$ to $4$ decoder using AND and NOT gates.

The decoder should have two inputs, and depending on the the value of the inputs, only one of the line will be

on$.$ Then you need to add the two least significant bits of the counter output from the previous assignment, and

use them as the input. You need to add four LEDs with the decoder outputs. When you simulate, you should be

able to see that the LEDs are on$,$ one at a time.
