Failure Examples: Are they related to Requirements?

This is where you start collecting stories of project failure. Find one Canadian example of a project$/$product failure or one from a foreign company.

Consider the examples from a user's point of view and explain what went wrong, based on what you've learned so far and the example provided above.

When you're done, post a video or audio of that explanation on the Discussion board. Please, try not to pick the first example listed by your search engine. Remember that, as a Business Analyst, a large part of your work is to search for information!

Then comment on another students post and answer:

$-$Do you agree with their failure analysis?

$-$Was the failure they posted a result of a Requirements issue?
