Module 9 Project will be in two parts this week!

For the Module 9 Project Part 1, you will create a workbook that provides a complete scheduling plan for Instrument Logistics (EX 9-1 through EX 9-57).

• You will analyze the workbook formulas in the existing workbook provided
• You will set data validation rules to restrict cell contents
• You will customize Excel Add-Ins to enable the Solver tool
• You will solve complex problems using what-if analysis tools
• You will create and evaluate scenarios using Scenario Manager
• You will produce summary reports from Scenario Manager

The finished Module 9 Project should include 5 worksheets (Weekly Shipment Worksheet, Shipment Plan Answer Report 1, Shipment Plan Answer Report 2, Shipment Scenario Summary, and Shipment Scenario PivotTable).

For the Module 9 Project Part 2, you will create a MS Word document and you will answer each of the following questions in a minimum of one paragraph (3-5 sentences).

1. What are various strategies you used in solving this complex problem, and how could you implement these strategies into a real-world project?
2. What are the challenges associated with the strategies you mentioned above?
