Monitoring and Controlling the ProjectSimilar to the previous chapter, this phase is not really my focus for this report, let's give some brief information about this phase as well. I am going to be dividing this phase in three different parts as follows:$1.$ Monitoring and Controlling Project Work: The project workload, how is it distributed, are there any changes being made to the project work or the distribution are constantly monitored and controlled$\mathrm{.}2.$ Monitoring and Controlling the Scope, Schedule and Resources: The progress of the project work, how it fits with the schedule baseline, how is the current schedule looking, which changes are being made and which resources are being used are more are required are monitored and controlled$\mathrm{.}3.$ Monitoring Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: The engagement between the team members, like frequency of the meetings, whether there are any conflicts occurring within the teams, how are these conflicts being solved are all monitored and controlled. Also, the stakeholder engagement needs to be controlled, for example regular meetings with the stakeholders, meeting their expectations, listening to their ideas and giving feedback can be considered as examples.Use this sample to input the words differently for redesigning a school website using trello for a project charter.
