Write a compliment or complaint letter using the business letter format shown on pages $11$ and $12.$ You should have a minimum of two single spaced paragraphs; double space between paragraphs. It must be saved using Microsoft Office Word or Rich Text Format $($rtf$).$ Do not save it in pdf$.$ A pdf file cannot be edited. The font size should be no larger than $12.$
