You$$re also being asked to use the results from your environmental scans to identify change opportunities with supporting rationale. Ms$.$ Chadwick believe this information is important for the leadership team to consider as they look to update the organizational strategic plan. You will be preparing a cover memorandum to the attention of Ms$.$ Chadwick with the detailed SWOT analysis included as an attachment.
