The following is a description of the information found on each tab. 2 Desirability Survey: Data was collected from managers and employees to determine their perceptions of potential professional development opportunities. The 10 questions asked participants to choose a score from 1-7 for each question where the following scores applied: 1= strongly disagree, 2=disagree, 3=slightly disagree, 4=neutral, 5= slightly agree, 6=agree, 7=strongly agree. The questions asked address employees' desires, perceptions, and likelihood of attending professional development sessions. The maximum total score of the survey is 70 and reflects a strong desire to obtain professional development. The minimum total score of the survey is 10 and reflects a weak desire to 3 obtain professional development.
