Multiple factors must be considered in order for an organization to achieve its short and long term objectives. The best way for an organization to succeeds is to have a strategic plan. This way all parts of the organization can either contribute by following their guidelines. Strategic planning consists of their vision, mission, objectives, strategy, approach and tactics. The environment will impact their actions by setting the tone for their work area. If their workers feel valued and appreciated they will most likely work with more drive. If the work environment is toxic and hostile without fair compensation, they wont be loyal to the organization
