Like any other, the counselor isn't required or allowed to discuss patient issues with a "supervisor" outside of a school setting or if the patient is underage or under the care of someone else. Her supervisor should ensure that staff is up to date in training and knows their state's stance and the ACAs in case any situation arises. The counselor was sentenced to classes, a suspended license, and supervision during any sessions she may have.
