My facial expression was misinterpreted once when I was having a serious conversation at work about how to input the right codes when it had to do with the inspection unit. I sneezed and it sounded like a laugh, and as I composed my face it seemed like if I was doing some facial expressions that didn't convey with the meeting. Of course I had to explain that I just had sneezed and didn't expect for it to be that way. And so the meeting went on$.$ I felt bad with the whole situation.
